Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the dispatch day of your item to request a return. We are happy to provide a full refund on full-priced items or items purchased with a discount code. Sale items can be returned for a store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, Baby Steps on the Coast does not cover the cost of any return items. We advise that you use a tracked and registered mail carrier service for the return of your goods. It is the customers responsibility to deliver the return to Baby Steps on the Coast.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary corrections if required.
All swimwear purchases are final. For hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear items. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, however these items may be returned for a store credit in line with our return policy above.
Exchanges and Refunds
Please note, when an item is returned for an exchange there is administration involved which may at times take up to 7 days to be finalised. We suggest when an item is returned for exchange that once you have received notice the exchange is accepted, you navigate to our website and place a separate purchase for the preferred item. This will ensure you secure your preferred item without administration delay.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item you will be notified and advised if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
