How much does shipping cost?
During our closing down sale our shipping is set to a flat rate of $15 for all order sizes. As we are closing down and clearing all stock below wholesale price we unfortunately are no longer offering discounted shipping.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse on the Gold Coast, Queensland.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If your shipping country is not listed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
How soon will my order be dispatched?
All orders placed before 3pm will be eligible for next business day dispatch. There may at times be exceptional circumstances or circumstances out of our control which delay this process. If we cannot fulfil your order within 48 hours you will receive a courtesy email from email@example.com advising of the delay and estimated dispatch.
Do you offer express shipping?
Due to the current pandemic and high demand on our postal service, we have removed express shipping from our check out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the courier service. Please check your spam folder if you believe you haven't received an email with a tracking number. If you still can't find the email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I receive a defective or damaged item in my order?
As soon as you discover the fault, please email email@example.com with:
1. Your order number.
2. The defective product name.
3. A description AND photo of the defect.
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item. We will get back to you as soon as we can and will send a replacement item and a return shipping label to return the damaged or defective item.
